Agricultural Services
Having attended a rural school (Cayuga Secondary), and taught at two more (Strathroy DCI and Medway HS) for most of my career, I have a particular interest in agricultural photography. I want the honour of taking the photographs for your farming family and/or business that you might be too busy to take yourself while doing the work that needs to be done. I have a variety of packages, depending on the number of visits you want me to make, and locations you want me to visit. Locations particularly distant from London Ontario may incur a surcharge, described below.
For all packages listed below, additional visits may be added at my discretion (with input from you) if I feel that there is more of the story to be told that hasn’t yet been captured. With all packages, you will be provided with a substantive number of high quality, high resolution, professionally edited jpg images, with more images very likely for packages with more visits. (All-season packages have ranged between 600 and 1000 edited photos.) Discounts are available on printed products resulting from these photos. Information regarding this service will be provided with the contract.
The timing of all visits is flexible (within reasonable constraints) to allow for variations in weather, lighting, farm events (e.g. planting, harvest etc.) Any one visit will be over an extended period of the day (e.g. afternoon to sunset, or sunrise to afternoon) in order to capture different lighting and atmospheric conditions.
Package 1: All Seasons
Package 2: Warm Weather
- four or five visits at any time of the year (winter optional) to up to two nearby locations, providing a thorough portfolio of life and activities on the farm
- a basic family portrait session (~ one hour session) can be incorporated into one of these visits at no extra charge
- $1350 (subject to approval of client requests)
- minimum of three visits March through November to up to two nearby locations, providing a portfolio of most aspects of life and activities on the farm
- a brief family portrait package (~ half hour session) can be incorporated into one of these visits at no extra charge
- $1050 (subject to approval of client requests)
Package 3: Back to Basics
Package 4: Call it a Day
- minimum of two visits during March through November to up to two nearby locations, providing a good cross section of life and activities on the far
- a brief family portrait session (~ half hour session) can be incorporated into one of these visits at no extra charge
- $800 (subject to approval of client requests)
- one visit to up to two nearby locations providing a snapshot of life and activities on the farm; visit will be a minimum of five hours
- discounted rates are available for a family portrait session (on a different day)
- $500 (subject to approval of client requests)

- A free professionally printed 8×12 inch photograph of what I deem to be one of the best images captured
